New York City 12th Street to 33rd Street, 1st to 12th Avenue including Chelsea, Flat Iron District, Mid Town South and Gramercy Park has idenitified Eight locations thats provide Executive Suites, Shared Office Space and Furnished Office Space to indivduals and companies.

New York City Grand Central Station Executive Suites has identified eighteen locations that service the furnished and shared office space needs of individuals and companies. All locations offer office sizes that can accommodate from one to sixteen people, reception services and access to conference rooms. Additional amenities are also offered and are charged on a "A La Cart" basis. The centers are staffed full time and basic services are provided so individuals and / or companies can focus on running there business, not the office.

New York City Grand Central Station centers are located from Fifth to Third Avenue and Thirty Fourth to Forty Sixth Street with the majority being located in Class A office towers along Madison and Park Avenues. The area is serviced by a large numbers of subways, railroad and buses. Allowing easy access to your shared or furnished office space.

Executive Suites have flexible lease terms. A company can rent office space for as little one month or as long as three years. The ability to expand to more space or relinquish unused office space is an added benefit.

New York City Grand Central Station pricing information is quoted on a monthly, per person basis. In this area anticipate charges to start from $300 for a cubicle and $400 per person for a team room. Individual Offices can be negotiated for $800. Communication charges for internet and telephone start from $100 per person. One month FREE is being offered at certain locations.

Under your desk you will find one waste paper basket. Only clean, dry paper should be put in this basket. All wet garbage, as well as your empty bottles, should be taken to the kitchen for disposal in special cans. The trash bin in the copy room is also for dry paper only. If you have large cardboard containers or any other unusual items to dispose of, please call the reception desk (ext. 7334) or the mail room (ext. 7033) for disposal instructions. We have partnered with BMS, a sister Vornado Company, to clean our facility using green cleaning products that meet both strict environmental and health guidelines.
